What do I get with a merchant account?

You receive all of the following:

When do my transactions get deposited into my bank?

Usually within 24-48 business hours after your batch has settled through your terminal.

Once I get approved, will I be trained to use my terminal?

Yes. When you receive your terminal your Account Executive will fully train you on that specific terminal. Also, you receive a toll free customer service telephone number you can call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week so you can get help anytime.

Are you compatible with Apple Pay™ or Google Wallet?

Yes! Purchase an NFC enabled device and open a merchant account with us and you will be able to accept Apple Pay™ and Google Wallet payments from your customers.
