How do I apply for a merchant account?

Simply call 800-722-4476 to apply.

How long is the approval process?

Typically around 24-48 business hours.

I have bad credit. Can I still get a merchant account?

We do not solely look at credit for merchant account approval. If you have any concerns, please call us.

What's included with the merchant account?

You receive all of the following:

  1. Group ISO, Inc. merchant account to accept all major credit cards of your choice.
  2. A Group ISO Gateway API Secure Payment Gateway to help you integrate your website so your valued customers can access and buy from you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

When do my transactions get deposited into my bank?

Usually within 24-48 business hours after your batch has settled through your terminal. Next day funding is available for qualified merchants. Please call us to learn more.

Are you compatible with Apple Pay™ or Google Wallet?

Yes! Purchase an NFC enabled device and open a merchant account with us and you will be able to accept Apple Pay™ and Google Wallet payments from your customers.
