When I started my business in 2011, I was undecided on which Credit Card services to use. I have to say that my decision to work with Group ISO was one of the best decisions I have made. Evy Guthrie set our account up and was knowledgeable with the whole Credit Card industry. I was brand new to business and needed to accept credit cards as a way of payment. I had called several companys, including my own bank, to handle my business credit cards. Upon speaking with Group ISO, specifically Evy Guthrie, I had my fears put to rest. I was able to speak with Evy with any questions, trust me I had a few...OK a lot, and they were answered propmtly and professionally. When speaking with Evy she had never made me feel as though I was bothering her she was very courteous and spoke so I could understand everything she had to tell me. I’m very pleased with my experience with Group ISO. They seem to share my business philosophy- “Make it easy for your customers to do business with you.” They deliver a high level of personalized service that started with the sales process. The Merchant Services Representative, Rosalyn Jopski, who contacted me by phone right after I made a website inquiry was more of a facilitator and helper than a sales person. She guided me and answered my many questions. This is the first merchant account I’ve had and I didn’t know even the basic way they work or any of the terminology. She communicated the rates and charges in a way I could understand with no hidden, undisclosed fees. Roslyn was very patient and helpful to me in understanding it all. Though she asked to sign me up when it was appropriate, she never pushed. Rosalyn’s excellent personalized service continued through the sign up process and once the account was established when I had questions. Group ISO has a robust and informative website. The paper statement was clear and easy to understand too. I did compare rates before signing up. All the other vendors, including my bank, quoted their “fantastic, unbeatable” rates in such a way as to make it nearly impossible to compare apples to apples. I recently started a new business, and for the first time, I am accepting credit cards and require a CC processor. I have learned a lot. Learning about the legalities and responsibilities of being a merchant can be confusing and creates a lot of questions. Group ISO is the company I have been working with and they have been very helpful. I feel like I was calling them at least once or twice a week at first, with questions or concerns about what I was supposed to do in all kinds of hypothetical situations, and if the person I was speaking to didn't know the answer, they found someone that did and got my questions answered. I have been particularly happy with their customer service/support whenever I need help with processing transactions or understanding the features of their services.

If you have never used a CC processor before and are looking for someone who will make it easy and be helpful every step of the way, I highly recommend Group ISO. My experience thus far has been great!

I needed a credit card processing at a really good rate. I researched a lot of service providers and Group Iso Inc. offered us the best rates and they had really awesome customer service. Being a Non-Profit Agency it is my responsibility to save and cut cost down and Group ISO Inc. did exactly that. Group ISO is an amazing company with amazing people. They have exceeded our expectations, not only have they been extremely helpful but they have gone the extra mile to take care of all of our needs. The staff is very friendly and among the most knowledgeable in the industry as they have a multitude of experience between team members. I recently worked with Group ISO to set up an account for our website. GISO rates were the most reasonable we found--they weren't the lowest, but the only lower ones had some other nasty hidden fees. Our representative worked with us closely, and called regularly to make sure everything was going as planned. She had recommendations that were actually quite helpful, and was very knowledgeable. At times, she was a bit too insistent--we felt significant pressure to set up the account quickly--but generally our experience was good. After our account was set up and approved, we encountered unexpected costs in implementing our front end inventory and accounting systems. As a result, we were forced to close our brand new merchant account. This being said, I cannot comment on regular business interactions with GISO. Based on our experience during set up, I would recommend Group ISO to any of my acquaintances.
