About Group ISO : Company Mission
Group ISO
is just what its name
implies - a group of ISOs
and Agents that have come
together and pooled both
their experience and
industry knowledge to create
an organization by bankcard
sales people for bankcard
sales people. Group ISO
utilizes the strength and
volume of our ISO/Agent
partners in securing bank
and vendor relationships.
Our ISO/Agent partners can
make the most of our
experience in underwriting,
risk management and customer
service and focus on what
they do best - sell. We
derive all of our merchant
volume through our outside
ISO/Agent programs.
Michael Segura developed the
idea that there should be
synergy between the ISO and
agent. Mr. Segura has over
15 years of experience in
the bankcard industry. It
was through his experience
in the bankcard industry
that he saw an opportunity
to do things better; treat
the agent with more dignity
and with better support and
provide merchants with
payment processing services
at a fair price.
We believe that in order to
maintain long-term
relationships with both our
merchants and our
ISOs/Agents, we must
continually position
ourselves as a resource with
the most current products in
today's market for
electronic payments. In
addition, we differentiate
ourselves with a firm
commitment to customer
service and support. This
applies first to our
merchant base because we
believe it is far more
profitable to retain
merchants than to solicit
new business, and secondly,
to our ISOs and Agents.
These individuals find that
they have a partner to call,
not only to process deals
and provide status reports,
but to cheer them on.
Providing the highest level
of service to our ISOs and
Agents is much more than a
marketing statement; it is a
promise from all levels of
our management and staff.
